We are a network of African media personalities, activists and groups using the media to advocate for the rights of minority groups in Africa.

The overall aim of the network is to inform and educate people about the lives and struggles of minorities in Africa for recognition of their human rights. We seek a world where all people are treated with respect and dignity, including women, children, sexual minorities, ethnic minorities and people living with HIV.

RightsAfrica.com is the central website for the network. Member organizations contribute articles and other media to RightsAfrica.com and receive a wealth of articles from RightsAfrica.com in return.
